The MPS allows for a variety of Federal Milk Market Reports and will accommodate a Federal Milk Market download per Federal Order(s). There are three (3) Federal Milk Market Reports in the MPS; the Federal Milk Market Load Report, the Producer Payroll Worksheet, and the Payroll Production Worksheet.
The Federal Milk Market Load Report allows the user to retrieve detailed Load Transaction File records for a specific date range. It will list such things as the Producer’s Route, Grade of Milk, Date of Load Transaction, Pounds of milk for the transaction, Percentage of Butterfat, Percentage of Protein, and the Destination of the transaction. It will also total the Butterfat Pounds and give Grand Totals for each Destination’s Pounds of Milk.
The Producer Payroll Report allows the user to retrieve detailed Producer records for a specific Payroll Check Period. This report list its information by Producer and details the Advanced Check’s Pounds, total Pounds, Federal Order Rates of Payment, Dairy’s Rate of Payment, Lab Test Averages and their corresponding Component Pounds, Uniform Price Test (Gross Dollars / Weight), and the Total Dollar Value. This report also lists all items of a Producer’s Payroll: Base Pay, Premiums, Miscellaneous Incomes/Deductions, Hauling Charges, Advance Payment Check, Daily Sales, and Assignments.
The Payroll Production Worksheet allows the user to query records pertaining to Producer Milk Production within a designated payroll period. This report lists its information either by Producer, by Route, or by Destination depending on which report has been selected to print. This report will detail the Producer’s/ Route’s/ Destination’s Milk Weight, the Component Lab Test, and the Component’s Pounds Value. The report will Grand Total the Number of Farms (if Producer records are included in the report), the Weight, and the Component’s Pounds. This report can also be used to report Cooperative information to the Federal Milk Market. |
