The CPS Web Developer is a web based development environment.  Designed to enable rapid development and maintenance of interactive web forms, Web Developer provides the tools to create, enhance, and deploy robust user experiences.  Web Developer "modules" are deployed in the CPS Portal, providing the front end access to the portal's server capabilities.
